On Saturday 10th Jan, Executive director-projects at the NDDC and Warri Big boy, Tuoyo Omatsuli got married in Warri, to every one's surprise himself and his best man (Ayiri Emami) splashed a whooping sum of N4.9million on hand made Ermenegildo Zegna suits £17,000.
