NEEDING NOTHING ATTRACTS EVERYTHING..4TIPS TO ACHIEVE THIS

Make a wish. And give it light. Things that you want “lightly” will come easily. When we have a sense of fun, ease and play our desires, we approach the world with the eyes of the child. With this light attitude you are telling the universe, “I know I am okay, no matter what. I am bountiful and happy. I would like this to happen, but I am more focused on my inner peace”. From a vibrational perspective, the universe responds to the combination of your focused desire and your emotional state of wellbeing. Now, that combination is a high vibe recipe for manifestation. Often times our desires, no matter how much we affirm, pray, plead and want, is accompanied by an overemphasis that leads to heaviness and ultimately resistance. The root of that overemphasis is the fear that you will not receive your hearts desire, so we affirm and pray and want and overemphasize more and more. In this way, we have a tendency to block our own manifestation process because we are adding fear energy to the desire, instead of the peaceful, playful energy of abundance to our desire. The universe responds to your vibration, the core energy that you emit into the ether, not what you say, nor what you pretend to be. So, when you find yourself wanting something but sense there is resistance associated with that desire, try taking these steps:

1.     Stop thinking. Attend to your frequency first and foremost.
a.     You know when you feel off and afraid. The first order of business is coming back into vibrational state of alignment with source energy. That means, get back to feeling good. If you can’t feel good about your desire, leave it temporarily. Go read a book under an oak tree. Engage in a hobby. Watch your favorite movie, focus on your positive friendships, work, all the goods. Have dinner at your favorite restaurant. Leave the desire be until you come back to a sense of ease. Writing in a notebook all the things for which you are grateful, as a daily practice is very helpful.
2.     Go Meditate.
a.     After you are at ease emotionally, quiet your mind. You cannot manifest without focused intention. Meditation causes us to take a step back and gain a greater perspective on what is really important in this world. Get quiet. Build your inner power. Enhance that sense of ease you’ve been working on.
3.     Apply thought.
a.     Only after you are calm, centered, and focused should you pray, affirm, and apply carefully selected thoughts to your desire. Maintain a sense of detachment here. Maintain the ease. Spend some time working with your desire, perhaps 5-10 minutes a day after your meditation.
4.     Let it go.
a.     The universe is not into control energy, just… trust me, LOL. I’ve had a lot of experience with my own control energy blocking the things that I desire. Let it go. Give it to God. Give it to the sky. Give it to the birds. Letting go requires an element of trust. If you are having issues letting things go, it is time to look at your relationship with yourself and this world. Is the world good or bad? Are people out to get you or are they helpful? Your ability to let go directly relations to your core belief about if this world is a safe place to thrive. What is so cool about letting go, is that you get to choose whether or not you want to trust this life process. But I promise you, things work out a lot more smoothly, when you do.

After taking these steps you will begin to see, that when you are filled with the light of source energy, there is nothing you are missing. There is nothing you are lacking. There is no pain or suffering that anyone or anything can truly cause you permanently. The truth is, when you need nothing, you attract everything. So mote it be.

Court orders EFCC to seize Tompolo’s Assets

Justice Ibrahim Buba of a Federal High Court in Lagos on Friday authorised the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to seize some assets belonging to a former Niger Delta militant leader, Government Ekpemupolo, alias Tompolo. The judge authorised EFCC to take possession of the assets pending when Tompolo would make himself available to answer the charges of N45.9bn fraud preferred against him and nine others by the anti-graft body. The judge said if Tompolo failed to appear within three months of the order, the Federal Government might proceed to auction the assets. The assets of Tompolo, which the commission was authorised to seize, include his house located at No. 1, Chief Agbamu Close, DDPA Extension, Warri (Effurun), Delta State. Others are a River Crew Change Boat named MUHA -15; “Tompolo Dockyard,” “Tompolo Yard,” the Diving School at Kurutie, Escravos River; and “Tompolo House” at Oporaza Town opposite the Palace. The judge said EFCC might also seize any other asset later discovered and verified to belong to the former militant leader. The judge, however, declined to authorise EFCC to seize four companies, which the anti-graft body had listed in its application as parts of Tompolo’s assets, saying one person does not own a company. Justice Buba noted that third parties had already appeared in court to oppose the seizure of the said companies. The said companies are Mieka Dive Limited; Mieka Dive Training Institute Limited; Global West Vessel Specialist Limited and Muhaabix Global Services Limited. EFCC, through its lawyer, Festus Keyamo, had applied through an ex parte application, to the court pursuant to Sections 80 and 81 of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act 2015 to seize Tompolo’s assets. At the hearing on Friday, Tompolo’s lawyers, Messrs Tayo Oyetibo (SAN) and Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa were not in court. Keyamo said it would be in the interest of justice to grant the application. Justice Buba said he found the application to be meritorious. The judge held, “Sections 80 and 81(ACJA) provide that a judge or a magistrate can, at any time, after action has been taken under Section 41 of this Act, for an application made in that regard after summons or warrant has been issued but disobeyed, order the attachment of any property, movable or immovable, or both belonging to a suspect, the subject of public summons or warrant, while Section 81 provides an order under Section 80 of this Act to authorise a public officer to attach any property belonging to the suspect within the area of jurisdiction of the judge… “This court has no doubt that the application has merit.” In a five-paragraph affidavit filed in support of the ex parte application, a lawyer from Keyamo’s chambers, Adah Adah, said he was aware that Tompolo had been invited on several occasions by the EFCC to answer allegations of fraudulent activities. Adah said EFCC operatives had investigated and discovered that the assets it sought to seize indeed belong to Tompolo. The EFCC filed 40 counts against Tompolo and nine others, including the immediate-past Director-General of NIMASA, Patrick Akpobolokemi, for diverting and converting to their personal use a sum of N34bn and N11.9bn belonging to NIMASA. The offence, according to EFCC, is contrary to Section 18 (a) of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) (Amendment) Act, 2012 and were liable to punishment under Section 15 (3) of the same Act.

Royal Baby: HRH Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana of Cambridge

In announcing the name of their newborn daughter, HRH Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana of Cambridge, Britain's Prince William and his wife Catherine achieved the near impossible. By paying tribute to both sides of the family and promoting the continuity for which the monarchy is so famed, the couple received worldwide praise and resounding public approval. Their choice also ensured a scandal-free beginning for their newborn tot. By nature William and Kate are a very traditional couple, so their decision was always going to be a conservative one, but it is one steeped in royal history and family tributes galore. Charlotte: Charlotte, the feminine form of Charles, William's father's name, also happens to be Pippa Middleton's middle name. Charlotte has not been used by a member of the royal family in over two hundred years, and so chances are the couple chose it more for its familial significance than the history it evokes, but its history is an interesting one. George III married Princess Charlotte of Mecklenburg-Strelitz (the nation's longest-serving consort after Prince Philip) on September 8, 1761 in the Chapel Royal at St. James's Palace. Kate's second pregnancy was announced on September 8, 2014, and the Chapel Royal is the likely venue for Princess Charlotte's upcoming Christening. Coincidence? Yes, but isn't that the beauty of royal history? George and Charlotte first met on their wedding day, but regardless theirs was a happy union complete with 15 children. Their eldest daughter, Princess Charlotte, was designated Princess Royal in 1789, a title newborn Charlotte is expected to one day assume as the eldest daughter of the reigning monarch. In 1762 George purchased Buckingham House -- the site where Buckingham Palace sits today -- as a family retreat for his Queen. George IV's only child, a daughter named Charlotte Augusta, married Prince Leopold of Saxe-Coburg on May 2, 1816. Nearly 200 years later, May 2 now marks the date of Princess Charlotte of Cambridge's birth. As Princess of Wales, Charlotte was an immensely popular royal figure, and her tragic death at the age of 21, mere hours after delivering a stillborn son, was widely mourned. The youngest daughter of Earl Spencer, Diana's brother, is named Charlotte. Among William's other cousins are boys named George, Alexander and Louis -- all names William chose when naming his own son in 2013. Elizabeth Elizabeth was the only certainty in predicting a royal baby name. As the name of both William's grandmother and great-grandmother it seems an especially fitting choice given the Queen will become Britain's longest reigning monarch on September 9 of this year. Elizabeth also carries personal significance for the Middleton family. It is the middle name shared by Kate and her mother Carole, as well as being the first given name of Kate's maternal great-grandmother and her great-great-grandmother. Diana William has always striven to include his mother in the key moments of his life, and as such the most poignant and personal of Charlotte's three names is that of her late grandmother, Diana. Perfectly placed so as not to be a burden, it ensures Diana's memory is kept alive for the next generation of young royals. Charlotte's name honors the women most cherished in both William and Kate's lives as well as paying homage to William's father, but perhaps more importantly it also allows for her to have her own identity within the royal family. In the unlikely event she were ever to assume the throne and chose to keep her first given name, she would become "Her Majesty Charlotte the first, by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and of Her other Realms and Territories Queen, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith" -- but for now HRH Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana of Cambridge will do very nicely indeed.

APC govs meet Buhari on ministerial nominees

Governors of the All Progressives Congress are meeting with the President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari, in Abuja on Tuesday. The meeting, it was gathered, would be the first to be attended by the governors jointly since the conduct of the March 28 presidential election which Buhari won. One of the governors, who spoke on the condition of anonymity with our correspondent in Abuja on Sunday, said that the meeting would also be attended by all the APC governors-elect. He said, “The APC governors, serving and incoming, are to meet GMB (Buhari) on Tuesday morning in Abuja to pay a courtesy call on him, formally congratulate him on his electoral victory and make input into the policy direction of the administration ahead of the May 29 inauguration of the new government. “Ahead of the Tuesday meeting, the governors would hold a meeting on Monday evening in Abuja where we would firm up our presentation to the President-elect.” The National Publicity Secretary of the party, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, who said he was not aware of the meeting, however, stated that it was possible. He said he had been busy with the work of the transition committee set up by Buhari. Mohammed said, “Yes, the meeting is possible but I have been busy with the committee’s work.” It was learnt that the governors might demand that they be allowed to nominate those to be appointed ministers in their states. Apart from this, the governors are also expected to make their position known on which zone to be supported for the office of the Senate President. It was gathered that the governors would demand that they be allowed to nominate who should become the Senate President. Despite the fact that two of the governors contested the presidential primaries against Buhari, majority of the governors supported his candidacy. After Buhari’s emergence as the party’s standard bearer, the governors wanted one of them as his running mate, but when the lot fell on Prof. Yemi Osinbajo (SAN), they bowed to party supremacy and supported the GMB/PYO ticket. It was gathered that the governors felt that they should be allowed to present the next Senate President since they had not collectively got anything since the formation of the APC. Buhari emerged from the old All Nigeria Peoples Party and the defunct Congress for Progressives Change block while Osinbajo emerged from the defunct Action Congress of Nigeria block. The governors believed that they played a prominent role in the merger that led to the formation of the APC.

Boko Haram:214 rescued girls pregnant – UNFPA

THE latest rescue of additional 234 women and children by the Nigerian Army from the Sambisa Forest in Borno State, indicated, yesterday, that a sizeable number of the rescued girls were visibly pregnant, even as unofficial reports put the latest number of pregnant girls in one of the camps in Borno as at last Saturday at 214. Giving this indication in Lagos, Executive Director, UNFPA, Prof. Babatunde Osotimehin, also disclosed that in the last one year, the organization had taken deliveries of over 16,000 pregnancies in the troubled North East part of the country. Osotimehin, while giving update of the response to the rehabilitation of the rescued women and children, said the organization, in anticipation of the magnitude of the problem on hand, had put in place a formidable team in collaboration with the Federal and state governments, to first restore the dignity of the girls, who, he said, are facing severe psychosocial trauma. This handout picture released by the Nigerian army on April 30, 2015 and taken this week in an undisclosed location in the Sambisa Forest, Borno state, purportedly shows a member of the Nigerian Army standing next to a group of women and children rescued in an operation against the Islamist group Boko Haram. Boko Haram hostages were held in atrocious conditions in the group's Sambisa Forest stronghold, Nigeria's military said on April 30 after nearly 500 women and girls were released this week. On the state of the girls, he explained that most of them, due to the long period spent in captivity, required a special set of services that would facilitate their integration into society. “What we found is that some of the women and girls that have come back actually have much more in terms of the stress they have faced, so the counselling has to be more intense and working with them one-on-one. “I’m glad the communities are not excommunicating them and are taking them back. That is an important therapy too. We anticipate this is going to escalate because the military intervention is continuing, we find that more people are now needing our services and we will continue,” he stated. Further, he explained that the UNFPA had earlier collaborated with the Federal and state governments to train 60 counsellors to offer psychosocial services to the affected women and children. He noted that those trained were people from the communities, who understand the context and sociology of the people. “UNFPA is providing dignity for women. In conflict and disasters, most people would only think of water and sanitation, provision of tents and housing, and food, which are all important. But women and girls have specific needs that nobody else looks after; it is only UNFPA that is doing this. We are giving psychosocial counselling. “Beyond that, in the growing young people, we will always have pregnant women, but nobody segregates the needs of the pregnant women which are very important and different from the needs of the average community. We look after them, and ensure they get antenatal care and that they deliver properly and that they even get Caesarean Section when necessary.

Prince William and his wife Kate were to spend their first day back home with their new baby daughter on Sunday as Britain celebrates the birth of a new princess. The couple, their one-year-old son Prince George and the new arrival were to spend time relaxing together at their Kensington Palace apartment, the day after Kate gave birth to a baby girl born fourth in line to the throne. The beaming Duke and Duchess of Cambridge left hospital Saturday carrying their newborn princess in front of hundreds of cheering well-wishers and the massed ranks of photographers from the world’s media. The sleeping baby was wrapped in a woollen shawl as a relaxed-looking Kate, 33, cradled her in her arms in front of the private Lindo Wing of St Mary’s Hospital in central London. Mayweather still undefeated, conquers Pacquiao

Floyd Mayweather has beaten Manny Pacquiao on a points decision during one of the most lucrative boxing matches of all time. Neither of the fighters, regarded the world’s top two, failed to land a winning blow during 12 rounds late Saturday night, and judges awarded May weather the fight on a points decison. All three judges scored Mayweather higher than Pacquiao in a unanimous decision. The new unified WBC, WBA, and WBO Welterweight champion scored 118-110, 116-112, 116-112.
